In the past two weeks activity is really picking up. Buyers are looking for those great deals with some success. We have three homes in a neighborhood where the builder and marketing company went broke. There are several to choose from with savings up to $ 50,000 compared to other neighborhoods. All the homes need some work before moving in since the builder did not finish the punch list and yards. 3600 to 4100 sq ft homes sitting on over an acre, three car garages, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Great investment for a couple of years even if you might think the location is not perfect. It is only 10 minutes to the Branson Schools. These are foreclosures and pre-foreclosures.
